Required record
Four checks before authority
Technical import is not the same as editorial verification. These layers are reviewed separately.
Visual quality
Resolution, aspect ratio, compression, cropping, watermarks, obvious generation defects and duplicate status.
Identity
World, character, English and Chinese names, costume or form, and related visual details.
Creator record
The internal author defaults to Lijun unless a different creator is assigned. An external source link is optional.
Content relationships
Related world, character, artifact, story article, collection, guide and screen format.
Editorial workflow
Review happens behind the interface.
Visitors see useful content relationships rather than internal workflow labels. Editors still track incomplete identity and context in the content system.
A visual connects to a dedicated story article instead of relying on a short, unsupported scene caption.
Do not publish as authoritative
