The Dragon Clan can be wrong without being unsympathetic

Ao Guang's people carry a real grievance, and Ao Bing is raised as the possible solution to an entire community's confinement. That makes the Dragon Clan more than a villain faction. At the same time, suffering does not automatically justify transferring the burden onto one child or destroying another community. Where do you place the moral break: when Ao Bing becomes a political instrument, when secrecy replaces negotiation, or when collective survival is used to excuse harm to Chentang Pass?
